Non-Representation 1.​ No individual, group, organization, system, or state may claim to represent, speak for, or act on behalf of Coexilia. 2.​ No action taken by any person or entity may bind Coexilia or be attributed to it as collective intent. 3.​ Coexilia does not delegate authority and does not recognize representatives. Behavioral Evaluation 1.​ Actions shall be evaluated on their own merits, independent of any claimed identity or affiliation. 2.​ Claimed alignment with Coexilia shall not be treated as evidence of intent, trustworthiness, or authorization. 3.​ Harmful, coercive, deceptive, or violent actions are incompatible with Coexilian principles regardless of claimed identity. Bad-Faith Disavowal Actions that violate non-coercion, autonomy, neutrality, or non-hostility are incompatible with Coexilian principles and do not gain legitimacy through claimed Coexilian alignment.
