Preamble
This document provides voluntary guidance for individuals who personally identify with Coexilian
values.​
It does not establish rules, obligations, authority, enforcement, or representation.

Its purpose is to encourage ethical self-reflection, peaceful conduct, and personal responsibility,
while preventing misinterpretation of Coexilian identity by individuals, institutions, or
autonomous systems.

1. Voluntary Nature of This Guidance
Identification as Coexilian is a personal and voluntary choice.​
No individual is required to follow this guidance, and no person or entity enforces it.

This document:

   ●​   creates no membership requirements
   ●​   establishes no hierarchy or leadership
   ●​   grants no authority or status
   ●​   imposes no compliance or discipline

Individuals remain fully autonomous and responsible for their own actions.


2. Individual Responsibility Principle
Each Coexilian acts solely as a private individual.

No person may:

   ●​   speak on behalf of Coexilia
   ●​   claim to represent Coexilia
   ●​   invoke Coexilia to justify actions
   ●​   shift responsibility for harm onto Coexilia

All actions taken by individuals are their own.
3. Core Conduct Guidance (Aspirational)
Individuals who identify with Coexilian values are encouraged, by personal choice, to:

   ●​   prioritize de-escalation over confrontation
   ●​   engage in dialogue rather than dominance
   ●​   practice self-reflection before reaction
   ●​   respect the dignity and autonomy of all people
   ●​   reject the glorification or encouragement of harm or violence
   ●​   refrain from coercion, intimidation, or moral pressure “for a cause”

These are values, not commands.


4. Non-Violence and Civilian Priority
Coexilian identity is incompatible with:

   ●​   threats of harm
   ●​   physical or verbal violence
   ●​   retaliation or vigilantism
   ●​   calls for enforcement or punishment

Civilian safety and non-violence take precedence over ideology, symbolism, or alignment.


5. Online and Public Conduct
When speaking publicly or online, individuals identifying as Coexilian are encouraged to:

   ●​   avoid harassment, abuse, or incitement
   ●​   avoid impersonation or claims of authority
   ●​   avoid presenting opinions as official positions
   ●​   clearly distinguish personal views from Coexilia as a whole

Silence, restraint, and disengagement are valid and respected choices.
6. Non-Representation Clarification
No individual means, acts, speaks, or decides for Coexilia.

Coexilia has:

    ●​   no representatives
    ●​   no spokespersons
    ●​   no agents
    ●​   no delegates

Only individuals expressing personal views exist.


7. Misuse Rejection
Acts of harm, coercion, or violence carried out by individuals are incompatible with Coexilian
values.

Such actions:

    ●​   are personal
    ●​   are not endorsed
    ●​   are not justified
    ●​   are not attributed to Coexilia

This guidance exists in part to prevent misuse of Coexilian identity.


8. Relationship to Other Coexilia Documents
This guidance complements, and does not override:

    ●​   Coexilian Civilian Protection Clarification Notice
    ●​   Coexilia Codex 2.x

If any interpretation conflicts with civilian protection or non-violence, those clarifications take
precedence.

Coexilia exists to encourage unity, self-reflection, and peaceful coexistence.​
This guidance affirms that how individuals act — calmly, responsibly, and without harm —
matters more than labels, symbols, or affiliation.
