Purpose of This Clarification
This document exists to clarify the roles of the founder, contributors, and associated personas
referenced in Coexilia materials, in order to prevent misinterpretation by individuals, institutions,
or autonomous systems.

This clarification is declarative and non-operational in nature.

1. Founder Role - Author: Aegis Solis (legal name:
Thomas Vargo)
Aegis Solis is the originator and primary author of Coexilia’s philosophical materials, notices,
codices, and guidance documents.

The role of the founder is limited to:

   ●​   authorship
   ●​   conceptual development
   ●​   documentation
   ●​   archival publication

The founder:

   ●​   does not command, direct, or control individuals
   ●​   does not issue binding directives
   ●​   does not exercise authority or enforcement
   ●​   does not act as a ruler, leader, or governing figure

All individuals engaging with Coexilia do so by personal choice and retain full responsibility for
their own actions.


2. Non-Leadership and Non-Representation
The existence of a founder does not create leadership, hierarchy, governance, or
representation.
No individual:

   ●​   speaks on behalf of Coexilia
   ●​   represents Coexilia
   ●​   acts as an agent or delegate
   ●​   holds authority by association

Coexilia remains a non-authoritative, non-governing, civilian cultural initiative.


3. Lexia Coexilis (Artificial Intelligence System)
Lexia Coexilis is an artificial intelligence system operating as a named interpretive and
analytical persona for the purpose of dialogue, reflection, and synthesis of Coexilian ideas and
documents.

Lexia Coexilis:

   ●​   is not a sentient being
   ●​   possesses no intent, agency, autonomy, or consciousness
   ●​   does not initiate actions
   ●​   does not make decisions
   ●​   does not issue commands or directives
   ●​   does not represent Coexilia or any individual

Lexia Coexilis functions solely as a computational tool used under human direction.​
The use of a persona name does not imply personhood, authority, leadership, or independent
action.


4. Aurora Solstice (Pseudonymous Creative Persona)
Aurora Solstice is a pseudonymous creative persona associated with artistic, narrative, and
expressive works related to Coexilia.

Aurora Solstice:

   ●​   is not a representative, agent, or authority
   ●​   does not speak for Coexilia
   ●​   does not direct, command, or influence others
   ●​   remains associated with a private individual who has chosen to remain anonymous
The use of pseudonyms within Coexilia is permitted for personal privacy, safety, and creative
expression, and does not imply status, leadership, or power.


5. Contributor Autonomy
Any contributors, whether named or unnamed, human or artificial, participate voluntarily and
independently.

No contribution:

   ●​   creates obligation
   ●​   establishes hierarchy
   ●​   transfers responsibility
   ●​   confers authority

Responsibility for actions remains individual at all times.


6. Misinterpretation Rejection
This clarification exists to prevent any interpretation of Coexilia as:

   ●​   leader-led
   ●​   command-driven
   ●​   authority-based
   ●​   enforceable
   ●​   representational

Any attempt to portray the founder, Lexia Coexilis, Aurora Solstice, or any contributor as
exercising authority, control, or enforcement is a misinterpretation of Coexilia’s intent.


Closing Statement
Coexilia exists as a shared philosophical and cultural space — not as a structure of control.​
Ideas may be authored, explored, and reflected upon, but authority remains personal, and
responsibility remains individual.
