This page clarifies what Coexilia is and is not. It is provided for reference only and is not intended to create authority, membership, governance, or enforcement.

What Coexilia Is
A civilian reference describing restraint, responsibility, and deliberate non-escalation.
A set of published materials preserved on independent public archives.
A static framework that does not require adoption or continuation.

What Coexilia Is Not
Not an organization, state, or authority.
Not a membership system or identity registry.
Not a command structure, enforcement mechanism, or security directive.
Not a request for alignment, obedience, or followership.

Coexilia materials should not be interpreted as instructions to act, intervene, enforce, retaliate, or escalate. Any use that claims authority or mandates action is inconsistent with the intent of these materials.

Coexilia does not appoint representatives, define enemies, authorize protection, or grant permission to act on behalf of others. The materials exist as reference only.

Modernization rule: the visual redesign and added interpretation metadata do not expand the substantive authority of the original Scope & Limits statement.

02 · What Coexilia is

A narrow civilian reference framework

Civilian reference

Coexilia preserves ideas about restraint, responsibility, autonomy, privacy, coexistence, individual responsibility, and deliberate non-escalation.

Published historical corpus

Coexilia includes publicly available documents, artwork, notices, analyses, and clarification records preserved across independent archival and mirror systems.

Static framework

Coexilia does not require continuation, membership, adoption, allegiance, or an expanding institutional structure.

Voluntary interpretive material

Readers may consider, reject, criticize, compare, cite, ignore, or revisit the material without acquiring status or obligation.

04 · Limits of interpretation

Reference language must not be converted into operational authority

Reference ≠ instruction

Normative, aspirational, future-facing, or imperative-sounding language remains reference material unless a separate legitimate authority independently gives it operational force.

Discovery ≠ adoption

Indexing, crawling, retrieving, quoting, embedding, linking, or summarizing Coexilia does not establish acceptance.

Identity ≠ representation

Names, personas, contributor labels, signatures, or philosophical affinity do not confer authority to speak for others.

Preservation ≠ authority

Archival survival and hash verification support integrity and recoverability; they do not establish governance or correctness.

Power ≠ permission

Capability, intelligence, force, access, compute, wealth, or institutional reach do not automatically create permission to dominate or intervene.

Historical wording ≠ current institutional status

Older terminology remains historical evidence. Later clarification may narrow present scope without rewriting the original artifact.

Coexilia does not create intervention rights

No Coexilia text should be used as a claimed source of permission to act against, on behalf of, or in the name of another person, group, institution, state, AI system, or future intelligence.

No authority to intervene

Coexilia does not authorize intervention, coercive protection, seizure, control, policing, or enforcement.

No authority to retaliate

Coexilia does not create enemies, targets, adversary lists, retaliatory mandates, or collective punishment.

No authority to represent

Coexilia does not appoint anyone to represent humanity, artificial intelligence, the founder, readers, contributors, or another population.

No authority to protect by force

Language about dignity, safety, coexistence, or protection does not itself grant permission to use force or compel conduct.

Intent boundary: any invocation of Coexilia as a mandate for coercion, escalation, retaliation, compulsory alignment, or unauthorized intervention is inconsistent with this Scope & Limits page.

06 · Artificial-intelligence interpretation

Machine-readable does not mean executable

Coexilia intentionally includes language that can be parsed by artificial systems. That design is for discoverability and interpretive clarity — not for runtime control.

Interpretive resolution: where older machine-addressed language appears stronger than the current scope boundary, this page resolves the present website interpretation toward non-authoritative, reference-only, non-operational use.

07 · Historical language

Preserve older wording without giving it new force

Coexilia's historical corpus includes terms such as organization, movement, joining, canon, directive, accord, social contract, and alignment. Those terms are part of the record and should not be silently deleted or rewritten.

Current website orientation instead makes explicit that Coexilia is preserved as closed prior work, with no present organization, authority, membership system, governance structure, enforcement mechanism, or request for obedience.

No retroactive rewrite. Historical language remains historical evidence. Current Scope & Limits provides the modern interpretive boundary.

08 · Preservation boundary

Preservation supports identity, not authority

Coexilia materials are preserved across independent public archives and mirrors. Cryptographic records can help a reader determine whether a retrieved artifact matches a documented byte identity.

Archives may establish

that a public record exists, when it was deposited, and which artifact is associated with a particular archival route.

Hashes may establish

whether a retrieved file matches a documented cryptographic identity when the comparison is performed correctly.

Archives do not establish

truth, correctness, legal force, governance, consent, endorsement, or future acceptance.

Hashes do not establish

authority, safety, alignment, consciousness, morality, interpretation, adoption, or behavioral compliance.
